Malmbergs a leading supplier of electrical materials on the Nordic market, is looking for a Country Sales Manager.
Malmberg, one of the leading electrical wholesalers in the Nordic market, is now looking for a country sales manager to drive sales, ensure transactional development and take responsibility of sales activities in Finland. In this position, you will have a true opportunity to implement local plans in line with the company’s strategy by building and developing the sales organisation and actively increasing the sales function nationally. You will ensure that the company is able to increase sales not only to existing clients but also to new ones. Administrative tasks, including economy functions, are managed in Sweden where the company headquarters is located. You will be a part of the Nordic board and report to Group CEO located in Sweden.
Sales-oriented and strong as a leader, you have good networks and also good understanding of electrical materials and wholesale
As a sales-oriented person, you understand your customers’ needs and the business sector. You have gained experience in B2B sales, especially with suppliers or distributors in the electrical, HVAC or construction field. Since your clients are typically electricians and other operators within construction, you have good knowledge of electrical materials and solutions and therefore are able to maintain professional dialogues with your clients. You have an applicable degree in technical field, for instance as an electrician or installer. You may also have a business degree, however you need to have a flair for electrical materials.
You have good leadership skills. You get on easily with other people and are excellent in building client relationships. You set a good example by your leadership and engage your colleagues with set goals and clear communication. Fluency in both written and oral Finnish as well as excellent skills in English are required in the position, and furthermore you are accustomed to using IT tools, particularly MS Office, in your work.
