To support our growth we are looking for a sales oriented Country Manager to our office in Turku.

Your Tasks

You will be directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with Marahrens’s objectives. In addition you´ll bring your effort to Business development in the Nordic region together with a small team. You will be responsible for technical as well as commercial matters in the Finnish market and you´ll be the link to our main production in Germany. In Finland you´ll also guide the other employees.

In order to succeed in your job,

  • you have already 5+ years work experience, preferably from a production company 
  • your educational background is in industrial management or commercial education 
  • you are fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken), German is a plus  
  • you have excellent communication skills on different levels and towards different target groups (customers in construction, architects, subcontractors) 
  • you preferably have some experience in project management role – in order to keep the projects in time and in budget, coordinate production, deliveries and installations 
  • as a person you are self motivated and customer oriented
