Country Manager Finland

Rototilt Oy is now looking for a new Country Manager to lead and develop the business operation and team in Finland. You are a people- and business-oriented Country Manager who is motivated to work with business as well as people development. You have an ability to work both strategically and hands on in an independent manner with close collaboration with central functions in Sweden, our partners and customers. The current country manager will take on a new role in the company to provide additional support and expertise. You will be responsible for exploring and initiating new business opportunities in Finland, evaluate and improve existing sales strategies and channels in order to reach set goals. You are motivated to work with sales, marketing and aftermarket solutions in a proactive, hands-on and flexible manner. You are a solutions driven person and have a passion for customer service and representing Rototilt at tradeshows and various events.

Rototilt’s Finnish office is based in Aura and the Finnish team currently consists of 5 people. The Country Manager has full P/L responsibility for the Finnish daughter company reporting to the head office in Sweden.

Your background:

• Relevant university degree in business administration or technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and engage teams in a similar environment, preferably in an international / Nordic context.
• Good technical understanding and professional network for example from mechanical engineering/industrial manufacturing/ hydraulics field/ spare parts.
• Documented ability and motivation to work with B2B sales, marketing and key account management.
• Strong ability to communicate and negotiate in Finnish, English and preferably Swedish.
