Now we are looking for




Main missions include:

• Being the engine and driving the team objectives and sales results

• Welcome every Client and offer the best Luxury Customer experience

• Develop long-term relationships to improve their loyalty by leveraging sales tools

• Having a deep knowledge on every product and on the brand, itself

• Respect company’s Standards in terms of behaviour

• Follow the company’s policies and procedures

• Consistently seek new trend and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer

• Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions

• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning


• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals

• Being a team player

• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple

tasks in a fast- paced environment

• Meticulous attention to details

• First experience in sales (preferably in a luxury company)

• Good English skills. Another language appreciated, Finnish is a must

• Extremely well-organized and interested in luxury fashion

• Autonomous in managing a business unit
