We have an exciting opportunity for a technically adept, customer-oriented Corporate Trainer in our EMEA organization in Finland. In this role your focus will be on developing the corporate training offering of Landis+Gyr EMEA, especially focusing on software trainings portfolio.
What will your responsibilities include? You can definitely make an impact by:
Developing & implementing a strategy for Landis+Gyr corporate training offering.
Continuously reviewing the performance of our training offering, including tools, format and platform used. You will also identify areas of improvement and initiate changes where needed.
Applying best practice to develop a focused and concise application/software training portfolio and secure a modern and attractive knowledge transfer to our customers, partners and employees.
Delivering applications/software and device training in local language for EN, FI, and possibly Swedish.
Working closely with other EMEA functions, such as Customer Support, Customer Projects, Product Management, Sales & Training Team to develop trainings matching customer expectations and specificities.
You have already proven your skills as a technical trainer preferably in software domain. You have a deep understanding of contemporary training trends and what is state-of-the art in the corporate training area. Developing corporate training strategy and processes is familiar to you, and you are comfortable in dealing with different cultures, roles and organizational levels. As we work in a truly international environment you have fluent spoken and written English and Finnish language skills, other languages, such as Swedish, are an advantage.
