We are now looking for a
Corporate Secretary / Paralegal Specialist
to join our legal department in Helsinki.
As corporate secretary you will work closely with senior management and Euroclear Finland Board and committees to provide highly fastidious, timely, proactive and well organised support for the company’s governance. Our fast pace working environment provides an exceptional vantage point in an international, highly regulated finance sector entity.
Your responsibilities include
Supporting Euroclear Finland in various administrative and governance tasks, such as;
The perfect candidate should have excellent oral and written English skills and good MS Office tool knowledge with a proactive attitude to take on new tools. Expertise on paralegal tasks and work experience at a legal department or a law firm or in finance sector is an advantage. You should have excellent planning, coordination and communication skills in-house as well as a part of an international finance sector group.

Our office is located in central Helsinki in Kamppi. The standard security clearance according to the Security Clearance act 726/2014 will be conducted for the selected person.
