Metso Group Finance team is now looking for a
in Helsinki for a temporary position of six months. The position starts as soon as we find the right person.
As a Controller, your main responsibility is to support the global support functions from a financial perspective. You will work closely with the support function management, collecting and combining data globally for financials, supporting them in actual cost follow up and forecasts. You will also have an important role in our head office reporting and intra-group invoicing. You will actively develop our ways of working and support our management in decision-making.
You will work in close collaboration also with Group Tax, Metso Business Services and other finance organization throughout the globe.
To succeed in this position, you should have a few years of relevant professional experience in a controller or similar role, preferably in a global business environment.
You enjoy supporting your stakeholders and are a team player with convincing communication skills. You are an excellent problem-solver with an analytical mindset.
Your reporting and Excel skills are excellent; we value knowledge especially of SAP and HFM, but other ERP's and reporting systems (Cognos, Power BI) are an advantage.
You have a relevant degree (e.g. in Economics, Business Administration) and you speak fluent English.
