As our business expands and develops, we need support for the Group's Controller function. We are now looking for a Remarketing Controller who is business focused, self motivated and development driven. The Group's Controlling team is responsible for e.g. budgeting and forecasting processes, analysis of group and parent companies` business, transfer pricing, M&A, risk management and reporting systems.
The Remarketing business consists of the activities after the leasing period. The largest focus area is the analysis of returning equipment base. 98% of the recovered devices are sold to new owners. It is possible to expand your area of responsibility according to your background and ambition.
The Controller works closely with 3 Step IT's management and business units, providing important information and analysis to support the whole organization's operations. Your tasks include management reporting, performance analysis, forecasting and budgeting processes, and support for business units. In the Controller's role you will also be able to participate in various development projects and the development of financial information systems.
You are accurate, systematic and analytic. You love numbers and you want to take things forward and you stay in control of the schedule pressures. You are a self motivated and easy to approach with a service-minded attitude. You enjoy tasks that combine routines and further developing existing processes. You also want to continuously develop your own professional skills and take your area of responsibility - and our business - to the next level. We are renewing our reporting systems so a good understanding of - and experience in - this area is an advantage.
You should have a commercial background (e.g. KTM degree or equivalent) and experience in working in international business. In addition to the Finnish language you will need fluent English language skills.
