Siemens is looking for Digital Factory and Process Industries and Drives divisions in Espoo a controller to be a member in our controller team. 

The Industry divisions of Siemens offer a comprehensive portfolio of seamlessly integrated hardware, software and technology-based services in order to support manufacturing companies worldwide in enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of their manufacturing processes and reducing the time to market of their products.

What are your responsibilities?

  • You will be responsible for collecting information and updating of forecasts
  • You will support the monthly closing process and as part of the controller team participate in the preparation of monthly internal controls
  • You will provide the monthly actual reports (e.g. Balanced score card).
  • You will be our contract coordinator and responsible for the internal service level agreements and contract archive
  • You will take care of customer master data, credit limit and credit note processes
  • You will also be responsible for 3rd party purchasing orders

What do you need to qualify for this job?

  • You have successfully completed your bachelor/master degree in the area of Finance & Accounting or business administration studies.
  • Furthermore, you have gained a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in different operational controlling/accounting or commercial tasks
  • You are an expert when it comes to using SAP, Excel & PowerPoint (think cell).
  • Additionally you have a sound commercial knowledge within accounting principles
  • Besides your ability for planning, checking and solving of problems, you are skilled with complex number systems, their analysis and their structured derivation.
  • As a person, you have good communication skills and you are business fluent in Finnish and in English (orally and written).
  • You are enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
