We’re now looking for a

Contract Manager (Portfolio Management)

based in our Espoo office

Contract Manager will be responsible for creating value by bringing structured deals and optimizing portfolio, helping to hedge portfolio and provide optionality of long-term portfolio. Responsible for long term sourcing contracts their fit to Gasum´s portfolio along with developing sourcing strategies.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for Natural Gas & LNG long term contracts
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities and pricing models to support sales
  • Develop and implement consistent sourcing strategy to meet growth targets
  • LNG & Natural Gas contract management
  • Structure deals internally and externally, coordinate all required functions such as sales, operations, trading, trading, credit, analysis, pricing
  • Power long term contracts


Required experience and personal qualities:

You’re the Contract Manager we’re looking for if you have a minimum 5 years’ diverse experience in a variety of commodity duties and are interested in the energy sector. You’re experienced with energy markets (energy commodities, oil &Gas), origination, portfolio management, supply chain (shipping), business development and financial products. In addition, you understand risk management and optimization practices commonly used in energy industry to manage price and volume risk. You’re a flexible and cooperative team player with plenty of initiative. You’re quick to learn new tasks and operate independently in your everyday work. This role requires fluent written and spoken English. Finnish and Swedish is an advantage. Our internal company language is English. Requires travelling.
