Content Marketing Specialist, B2B

The role is part of Tikkurila central marketing organization in Digital Services & B2B team. B2B marketing focuses on marketing towards our industrial and professional customers. The new role plays a key role in achieving Tikkurila B2B business objectives by promoting Tikkurila through content and stories.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Content editorial planning and content production to various communication platforms (e.g. web site, newsletters, blogs, marketing automation campaigns, social media)
  • Ownership and continuous development of tikkurila.com B2B web sites (industry and professionals) and social media channels, including SEO
  • Content management within the B2B focus. Analyzing and forecasting content performance, and improvement based on data
  • Creation and management of B2B references & customer stories
  • Ensuring the optimal execution of content marketing campaigns and deployment of content across the key markets
  • Development of content strategies and plans towards Tikkurila B2B target audiences together with the team and external partners

To succeed in this role, you have

  • A degree (M.Sc.) in marketing, international business, or another relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of content creation experience e.g. for web, marketing automation, social media in an international B2B company
  • Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and a structured way of working 
  • Good social, team working and communication skills, being comfortable working across several cultures 
  • Good command of modern IT tools and programs (CMS platforms, marketing automation, email marketing, SEO and analytics tools, MS office, CRM)
  • Curious and creative mindset, positive can-do attitude and ability to lead and inspire
  • Willingness to moderate travelling to Tikkurila offices across markets
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Finnish

The position is based in Vantaa, Finland. You will report to Ulla Mattila, Marketing Director Digital Services & B2B.
