Consumer Service Lead, Coloplast Oy, Finland

Join us to develop consumer services marketing in Finland! You will be a member in our agile and creative marketing team. In this role you will have an opportunity to lead our consumer service journey. You will also experience a global outlook for heathcare professional and consumer service marketing as you work in close co-operation with headquarter. Our modern and new office is located in Vantaa, close to the airport.

Coloplast is one of the most innovative medical device companies in the world. Every day we come to work to help people with intimate healthcare needs to lead a normal life with their chronic condition. The marketing team in Finland is working in close cooperation with healthcare professionals and users of the products in order to make life easier for the users.

Consumer service lead has main responsibility to drive consumer service marketing activities.

The tasks included in the job are defined below :


  • Plan and lead consumer service marketing strategy
  • Create and sharpen our service value proposition
  • Plan and execute service campaigns together with relevant stakeholders
  • Plan and produce service related marketing materials
  • Create marketing campaigns and materials to support sales team
  • Design, build, and maintain Coloplast social media presence concerning services
  • Measure and report performance of consumer service marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative ways to improve consumer services
  • Release untapped potential of consumer services to support overall revenue growth
  • Collaborate with patient organizations, external agencies, and other vendor partners


Experience and skills:

  • Minimum of 1+ years experience with 1-to-1 marketing
  • Technical skills: marketing tools like Adobe, Eloqua and Adwords
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication in Finnish, also English is a must
  • Understanding of health care and consumer marketing code of conduct is beneficial
