FCG Risk & Compliance is a financial consultancy firm which since the start in Sweden 2008 has built up a business with around 200 experts in risk and capital management, law, accounting, actuary and fund management in the Nordic countries. FCG has recently expanded into Finland with the opening of an office in central Helsinki.

As an FCG consultant you will support our clients in matters related to Risk Management, with focus on risk modelling and credit risk, including among others;
• Modelling of credit risk (e.g. PD, LGD, IRB and ECL models)
• Implementation, validation and development of statistical modelling techniques
• Credit portfolio analyses, data analysis and Stress Testing
• Reporting of results, and assistance with internal and external reporting
As FCG is an international consultancy firm you could be involved in projects both in Finland and in other Nordic countries which will require some travelling. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for both personal and professional growth!
You have already worked 2-5 years with modelling or similar data- and statistics-driven role, with previous exposure to financial sector, and would like to take the next step in building your career. Your background is MSc in Statistics, Math or Econometrics with strong communication skills. You have strong skills in statistical software and languages such as SAS, Python and R. Fluency in English is required, and Finnish language skills are considered an advantage. Previous experience with risk modelling regulatory requirements is also considered a plus.
