Complaint & Risk Management, Team Lead

• Act as Team Lead in complaint handling and Risk Management.
• Coordinate and develop the complaint handling and risk management processes.
• Assure that adequate technical investigations are performed in a timely manner and documented appropriately.
• Provide complaint statistics to Quality Management and Product Quality Reviews of all products and to the post marketing surveillance of medical devices and combination products.
• Communicate with experts of our production site in Turku and complaint handling personnel of the country organizations.
• Issue final assessments and statements based on the investigations.

• Eager to develop processes and drive your team members to continuously improve and acting agile towards various demands and challenges making use of individual potential.
• Possess excellent decision and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with an assertive and determined mindset to achieve set objectives.
• Able to act in changing situations under time pressure keeping in mind the quality aspect.
• Have a persuasive, fluent and interactive way of presenting yourself in Finnish and English feeling confident in various contexts both locally and internationally.
• Prior experience in similar roles in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is appreciated.
• Preferably Bachelor's/Master’s degree in relevant field.
