Your role

The Competence Development Coordinator will represent Bonava Academy in Finland and the main tasks will be organizing and administrating training courses as well as contributing to the yearly training planning in Finland. As Competence Development Coordinator you will be part of the Bonava Academy team consisting of Learning & Development Specialists and Competence and Development Coordinators. Bonava Academy provides Business training, Leadership development, Legally required training, Local training as well as Onboarding for the employees. You will work both on the international level with your team in Stockholm as well as in close collaboration with the Finnish HR team. You will be based in Helsinki and will report to the Head of Bonava Academy in Stockholm.

Your profile

We are looking for person who has experience from an administrative HR role and a genuine interest in Competence Development. You have a suitable degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in a relevant field, you are a good organizer and have a passion for developing business and people. As a person we wish you to be an energetic, self-confident person with the maturity to balance the local and global perspective. You have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a hands-on way of working and you communicate fluently in both Finnish and English.
