We are now looking for a new member to join our Nordic Commercial Range team and to develop our business in Finland.
COMMERCIAL RANGE DIRECTOR
You are responsible for the range strategy in the Commercial Unit Finnish Brands, including all product categories such kitchen, bathroom, and storage system categories. You understand how to combine upcoming trends, the customer and company needs to develop an optimal assortment both from sales and profitability point of view.
You work closely with the Nordic range team to ensure the best possible assortment across the Nordics, making sure the Nordic assortment is serving the local market needs, and bringing best ideas back to the group. You develop from the product range customer centric concepts that are attractive, easy to plan and easy to buy.
You will drive category management and support the commercial team with data on sales, profitability, and customer needs. You will also lead locally, together with the Nordic support team, product development projects into successful launches. We also expect you to develop and improve processes and ways of working as you are a vital part in implementing our regional structure.
You report to Director Commercial Range Region North (located in Sweden) and you have three Range Director colleagues in the Nordics and two members in your Finnish team. You are a member of the Finnish management team. Your office is in Vantaa and you can also work partly remotely.
You have experience from sales organisations, product range management and customer relations. You have preferably worked in a corporate company. Your skills in change management and team leadership are excellent. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You have a relevant academic degree and good IT-skills. As a person you are independent, active, brave, collaborative, and diplomatic. You have strong analytical and strategic abilities combined with a real “do the thing” attitude.
