We are looking for a

Commercial Development Manager

to join our combined team dedicated to drive customer solutions for Oil Products and Renewable Products business areas in Espoo. 

The Commercial Development Manager leads the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and solutions. He/she integrates internal and external data and analysis to prepare management decision-making on new business models, coordinates their testing as well as the subsequent roll out together with the sales organization. 

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing or related field (masters preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, strategy development, sales or related fields
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proven experience in management of large, complex commercial strategy development and deployment projects
  • Superior organizational and coordination skills
  • Proven written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively influence contribution from colleagues without direct reporting relationship
  • Passion and drive to support sustainable, low-carbon solutions
  • Promoter of agile ways of working
  • English language proficiency
