The Role:

In this role you will supporting maximizing profitability in sales channels by controlling the evolution of selling the right product to the right sales channel and customer at the right time for the right price. Business partnering in the respective functional sales area providing value adding analysis and proactive attitude to help both support and challenge the local VP Sales and their management teams.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Business partnering in the respective functional sales area providing value adding analysis and proactive attitude to both support and challenge the local VP Sales and their management teams
  • Suppoting top line sales estimate and sales budgeting process according to company’s S&OP process
  • Participates in strategic planning process
  • Support sales functions in pricing and in steering of capacity planning
  • Monitors sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts and generates data and corrective action proposals for profitable decision making
  • Supporting business managers and business controlling team in reporting and ad hoc analyses
  • Continuously contributing to the development of processes and routines within business controlling


You will report to Vice President Business Controlling Finland

What we expect from you:

  • Work experience of 5-8 years
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to see behind numbers
  • A relevant educational background; e.g. a Master’s Degree in Finance
  • Fluent Finnish and English
  • Experience on product costing standards and their practical applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel
  • System experience SAP, ECC, BW and HFM is advantage
