As a Collections and Payment Coordinator at Ikano Bank, you are responsible for cooperating with our external collection partners and handling inward and outward payments relating to our consumer business. You are precise, customer focused and process oriented with a high sense of responsibility. You are analytical, good with numbers and like to investigate issues.
We are searching for person who supports customer service process actively and is good with details. You may have some previous experience from consumer collections and payments, but the most important thing is your eagerness to learn and willingness to work with different people and customers.
More specifically your key tasks will be:
• To work as coordinator to local collection and payments team
• To act as second line to consumer customer service
• Ensure consumer customer service processes will be developed and documented
• To act as back-up for B2B collections and payments

The daily office time at Ikano is from 8 am to 5 pm.
We appreciate your possible previous experience from collections and we expect you to have a relevant degree in the field of business administration or finance and strong communication skills both in Finnish and in English as a working languages.
