Clinical Sales Representative, Endoscopy

We are now looking for a


to strengthen our Nordic Endoscopy team presence in Finland.

In this sales role you will be responsible for delivering sales activities and developing market share by providing excellent clinical support and in-service training to assigned accounts together with the Nordic endoscopy team. You will collaborate closely with all endoscopy clinics and hospitals, key opinion leaders and other healthcare stakeholders (e.g. physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, and infection control). Your role is to educate them on the merits and proper clinical use of our products and therapy innovations. You will also respond to all customer needs and requests regarding our products and services and document your actions and client intelligence into our own CRM system.

We expect you to have a commercial mindset and preferably 1-2 years of sales experience or practical experience in the OR. As this is an entry level sales role, experience in the medical device industry is not necessary but it will be considered as an asset. We hope that you have a relevant university degree in patient care, clinical field, marketing, business administration, or similar field. We also expect you to be able to communicate fluently both in Finnish and in English, Swedish will be considered as an asset. The chosen location for this role is Helsinki metropolitan area; however, you need to be willing to travel extensively both in Finland and abroad.

We appreciate positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent sales attitude and collaboration skills with both external and internal stakeholders are must haves. We also think that good planning and organizational skills will help you to be successful in this role.
