Clinical Director, Dental Imaging

You have passion and knowledge on clinical dentistry and curiosity on technology and future trends of dental care. You want to be part of a dental imaging team that continuously works to improve the clinical products and services we provide to other dental professional enabling them to provide their patients with healthy, beautiful smiles.

To be successful in this position you need to have:

  • Passion for dentistry
  • Relevant education in dentistry and clinical experience
  • Knowledge on dental radiology and/or digital dentistry
  • Ability to see the big picture and apply critical thinking
  • Genuine interest in improving customer needs and clinical workflows
  • Ability to link clinical needs with business and development targets
  • Proven track record of building followership and engagement through your leadership skills
  • Ability to envision and articulate how future will shape dentistry from clinician’s point of view
  • Demonstrated ability to establish working relationships with key opinion leaders and other relevant external influencers
  • Good interpersonal skills that will enable collaborative and effective work with all internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Experience in and willingness to read and create scientific publication and contracts
  • Willingness to lead the clinical work in ensuring compliance in a regulated industry
  • Experiences working with Ethics Committees / Institutional Review Boards (IRB) is a plus

 

In your daily work you will be in close co-operation with other leaders in the Imaging Business Unit, collaborate with other clinicians and be part of the team that focuses on developing industry-leading, premier dental imaging solutions as part of KaVo Kerr’s global portfolio of dental equipment and consumables. In your role, you have a key role in bringing clinical input to the strategic planning and roadmap development that allows us to pursue our winning vision. Furthermore, you work closely with an experienced R&D team in defining the details of winning features that enable our customers to excel in taking care of their patients. You will also be contributing in increasing the clinical knowledge within the global KaVo Kerr teams and providing your insights for imaging device clinical risk assessment and clinical evaluation reporting (CER).
