Your job will be answering computer users IT questions and problems via phone or e-mail,
registering the problems to the system and forwarding them to a top-level specialist;

YOU ARE A PERSON WITH:

  • Very good written and verbal English and Finnish language;
  • Problem solving and communication skills;
  • Customer support experience or computer skills;
  • Willingness to develop in IT-field;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
