Client Service Specialist - Finland

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to support B2B customers in using our ticketing & CRM software on the Finnish market. As a client service specialist you are a part of our global support team. You will be working in an international company with 40 employees in 8 different countries.
You like to interact with people, learn new things and transfer this knowledge to others. You are communicative, customer-oriented and patient when it comes to supporting and guiding our customers.
You will be our first employee located in Finland so it is important that you are comfortable working independently. You will work closely with and answer to our operation and support team in Finland, doing system demonstration and presentations for prospects.
Full training of the system is of course provided, but some prior knowledge of IT software is required and experience using ticketing systems is highly desired.
Important parts of the function
Supporting our clients in the use of our software via email, telephone and on site.
Bug tracking and testing along with requesting new functionalities.
Provide training to new and existing customers.
Project lead when it comes to implementing our software for new clients.
Looking for opportunities, doing system demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients together with our sales representative.
What do we expect from you?
You have some prior knowledge of IT.
You are available for occasional travels in Finland.
You are fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
You are eager to learn and pick things up quickly.
You are communicative and solution-oriented.
You are motivated and can work both independently and in a team.
It is an advantage
If you have experience working with ticketing software in a ticketing company or a cultural organization.
If you have basic knowledge in CSS and HTML.
If you can communicate in Swedish (written and spoken).
