Driveco Oy, established in 1995, is focused on traffic and transportation improvement. Driveco develops, produces and markets traffic and transportation related data services. Driveco provides innovative and customer-oriented telematics services on a global level with customers ranging from individual consumers to global automotive OEM’s. Driveco has customers in more than 40 countries all over the world. Now they want to grow even more and are looking for you to support their Sales Team as a Client Relations & Digital Marketing Manager!
Driveco is now looking for a Client Relations & Digital Marketing Manager to join their sales team of three professionals preferably already in August 2021, but the exact starting date is of course negotiable. In this role, you will successfully manage client relations by being a liaison between the company and the customer. This includes tasks both related to customer relationship management as well as to marketing.
Within client relationship management, you participate in monthly client management and administrative work and also track client satisfaction and plan, develop and automate ways to serve clients better. You are also responsible for maintaining the database of clients and implementing any improvements to the CRM processes. On the digital marketing side, your daily tasks include for example creating and modifying email templates and updating landing pages, creating direct marketing and email campaigns, as well as analyzing the results and generating reports for the company’s management. On the other hand, within social media marketing, you manage and develop Driveco’s social media presence and promote its services by using different social media channels, such as LinkedIn. As the position is new and Driveco is a growing company, your tasks are versatile and adaptable.
The ideal candidate for this role is a flexible and proactive team player. You’re also an excellent communicator with precise copywriting and good computer skills. The role includes a lot of communication in English, but also in Finnish, which underlines the importance of fluent English and Finnish language skills. Driveco considers some knowledge of CRM-systems, creative writing skills, previous relevant work experience, data visualization skills, as well as visual design skills as assets. Nevertheless, the most important thing to Driveco is that you are a nice person with a positive problem-solving attitude.
We hope that you have:
Relevant educational background
Precise copywriting and excellent communication skills
Good computer skills, such as MS Office
Capability to communicate fluently in English and Finnish (other languages are a good addition)
We are happy if you also have:
Some knowledge in using CRM-systems
Previous relevant work experience
Photoshop and Illustrator know-how
