What you’ll do:

Eaton's 3ph business is growing rapidly. The new Helsinki site and organization is still in early stages of standardization in production environment. More resources are required to optimize site processes and production layout. CI Process Engineer is one of the key roles in finding ways to support the growth by facilitating CI kaizens by utilizing various ECIS tools in practice.  As a Process Engineer he/she will be focusing on analysing the opportunities and support process and layout optimization to maximize capacity and floor space usage. Enable and support possible out-sourcing activities.    

The primary function of the Process Engineer is support Stretch Project Team to analyze growth opportunities and support the required changes in processes. 

Main responsibilities:

• Analyse growth opportunities from site's intralogistics and manufacturing value stream to aid decision making

• Execute and support initiatives to enable the growth managed by the HPO 2.5 STRECH Project

• Facilitate various kaizen events by utilizing ECIS tools

• Work closely with the sourcing team to support out-sourcing and cost-out initiatives
   

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Skills:

• Lean tools, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Digitalization, SCM

• Excellent analytics and data processing skills. Good communication and documentation skills, co-operative and collaborates easily on organization widely.
