Channel Marketing Manager
(located in Finland, UK or Netherlands (working for our German subsidiary))
This position offers you a key role in helping us grow our business specifically in the UK, Benelux and South-Eastern Europe by scaling up our local marketing and brand awareness development efforts.
Our channel marketing efforts are two-fold: We provide our local resellers with the content, tools and programs they need to promote M-Files in their local markets in a highly effective and efficient manner, in addition to generating leads an improving brand awareness through our own actions.
Your responsibilities will include planning, advising and supporting the execution of marketing efforts by our resellers, as well as participating in the development and implementation of channel marketing programs, campaigns and services.
You will be part of our global channel marketing team and work closely with our local channel sales lead. You will report to our Global Director of Channel Marketing.
To succeed in this role, you will have at least five years of marketing experience working for a B2B software vendor, where you can demonstrate experience in channel marketing, digital marketing, events management and communications.
You understand the workings of information management business software as well as the process and compliance challenges that these solutions address. You are an excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter and have a proven track record of managing the relationships with 3rd party vendors and contractors. You are a confident team player with an entrepreneurial, "do what it takes" attitude, able to work independently and "own" your role in helping us conquer the universe. You uphold high work ethics and understand the aspects of marketing in an international and culturally diverse environment, and you are willing to travel.
Your skill-set includes a firm understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, able to guide and advise our partners, as well as content development skills, such as customer case studies, presentations, articles and blog posts. Experience with Adobe tools like Illustrator and InDesign are a strong plus.
We seek someone with excellent writing, presenting and communication skills in English, with Dutch seen as a very valuable plus.
