We are looking for a Channel Management Support Specialist at ABB Oy, Drives in Helsinki. One of the sales channels is to sell our products through different channel partners. You will be the contact point for local ABB offices globally requiring support in authorization of channel partners based on ABB Value provider program requirements. An important part of your daily tasks is to train local ABB offices to use different tools and processes regarding channel management.

Your responsibilities
• Maintaining and supporting ABB Value Provider Program authorization, as well as following up to ensure all requirements for the program are fulfilled
• Preparing instructions and guidelines and giving training on channel management processes and tools
• Being administrator of partner training in Learning Management system and supporting countries with tool use
• Being involved in development of learning management systems and implementing processes for ABB Channel Partners as an administrator
• Being a super-user of Salesforce.com channel management functions: creating reports and dashboards as well as maintaining the workflow
• Participating in channel management tool development as a member (SFDC, PCS2, MyLearning)
• Arranging online training sessions for Channel partners and ABB Channel managers

Ideally, you have
• A knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish
