Change Management and Culture Consultant

We are looking for a positive and inspiring change management and organizational culture specialist to join our Consulting practice in Helsinki. We offer you a responsible role in selling and driving customer projects where you will be supporting our customers in their transformation journeys.

We partner with the largest organizations in Finland, helping them from the identification of the change need and defining the change interventions to implementing the changes and ensuring the targeted goals are met. We typically work with multinational, complex, and long-term business transformation projects. In client projects, we have the responsibility of change management, and our work has a positive impact on hundreds or thousands of people. In culture development cases we for example analyze the current culture, define the aspired target state and support in the journey towards new behaviours and ways the organisation acts.

What are we looking for?

• 5 years or more experience in large change and transformation projects

• Experience in management consulting

• Fluency in English; Fluency in Finnish is considered as an asset

• Master’s degree in relevant field

• Experience of successful B2B solution/service sales

• Knowledge of change management methods and tools and how to apply them in different situations
