CFO

Are you a financial professional, who has understanding in process industry, investment projects and project development as well as strong passion for technology? Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and drive the change for a circular future with us?

If so, we are looking for a CFO to join Infinited Fiber Company. You will primarily be working from our office in Espoo, Finland, and of course also remotely.

Infinited Fiber Company is a textile tech R&D powerhouse, and we’re ready to disrupt the industry big time. Next on our agenda is setting up a flagship factory in Finland to produce Infinna™ - the circular alternative to cotton we create out of textile waste – for our customers around the globe.

In your role as our CFO your main task is leading the company’s financial and general administration, financing and funding operations as well as IT management. Equally, you are expected to organize company’s risk management and internal control as well as develop company governance model and related processes. CFO will be a member of management team and report to our CEO.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business administration or finance
• A relevant work experience of minimum 10 years, preferably in executive position in a listed company
• Solid experience and competence in leading and managing financial, IT and general administration as well as in financial and management reporting
• Skills and experience in managing and developing financing operations and governance model
• Leadership skills and experience in building and developing financial administration teams
• Experience in international business and IFRS reporting
• Experience in financial management system projects (ERP)
• Excellent collaboration and communication/presenting skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Finnish.
