D&E Bearings is one of Northern Europe’s leading suppliers of slide bearings, plain bearings and roller bearings. World class logistics!

We are now looking for a business and people-oriented CEO to lead the operation in Finland. D&E Bearings has been in Finland since 1991 and you will have the opportunity to manage our competent team of ten people in Lohja. You will report to the mother company in Sweden.

Your background

• Relevant university education within business administration and / or technical field.
• Documented ability and motivation to lead and develop staff in a similar environment, preferably in an international / Nordic context. Prior experience as CEO or Country Manager is a plus but not a requirement.
• Good technical understanding and interest, for example within mechanical engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve challenges and develop solutions in supply chain / logistics / purchasing.
• Ability to work both operationally and strategically in an independent manner and in close collaboration with central functions in Sweden, partners and customers.
• Prior experience from B2B industrial sales is advantageous. Our main clients are within forest machinery and equipment, mining and automation industries.
• Strong ability to communicate and negotiate in Finnish, English and preferably Swedish.
