We are looking for a
Centre Coordinator
to join our team in Myyrmanni in Vantaa and Lippulaiva in Espoo.
In this role you will manage and coordinate the daily operations together with the centre team in our centres Myyrmanni and Isomyyri in Vantaa and Lippulaiva in Espoo. You will give your contribution to develop sales and footfall and you will also support the centre’s KPI development.
You are in the key role to contribute and support in tenant and customer satisfaction. You have excellent interaction, cooperation and negotiation skills including the ability to listen and solve problems. It is also natural for you to be visible and easily approachable for the tenants.
Examples for responsibilities:
identifying, proposing, and implementing the activities to improve the atmosphere and customer journey in the centre
planning and organising marketing activities together with our Marketing team
supporting our Specialty Leasing team organising Pop Up’s and promotions
being the contact person for the outsourced service providers
co-operating with local community actors like different associations, sports clubs, schools etc.
You proactively aim to increase the viability and vitality of the centre and you will ensure the customer journey quality from entry till exit. You will be reporting to the Centre Manager.
To succeed in this position, you will have:
Minimum 3 years of experience and great interest in retail or related field
Commercial knowledge, financial and business understanding
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant commercial field
Fluency in Finnish and English
Team orientation, excellent cooperation skills and social skills
Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize work, also great at running processes and routine tolerance
Action and target oriented, taking initiative and achieving results -mindset, willingness to go the extra mile
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changes
Outside the box thinking, eagerness to find solutions and a can do–attitude
Good administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office tools)
