As our next Commercial Process & Pricing Specialist you act as an active challenger for our Sales/Customer Development (CD) function to deliver strategy. This is done by aligning systems, implementing structured approaches and taking responsibility to ensure these are carried through to develop customer and shopper benefits. This position is based in Unilever Finland’s HQ at Vallila, Helsinki. 

About the role 

Your purpose is to enable our CD organization to become the best by making sure all the pricing data is accurate and updated and participating in pricing process development work while ensuring consistency and excellence in execution. The role contains both analytical tasks as well as process participating and management in the organization. You will also be involved in participating several programs and projects that support the business in delivering sustained growth and profit. 

Key responsibilities  

  • Provide operative pricing support for Key Account Managers
  • Reporting and business cases
  • Develop and simplify pricing processes and systems to improve CD efficiency
  • Provide support and training for Customer Development (Sales Support) about pricing
  • Maintain and develop PIM (Product Information Management) system
  • Maintain price control process


Could this be U? 

You have approximately 2-3 years of experience from a similar role, preferably from FMCG or retail. It will be considered a merit if you have an educational background (BSc/ MSc) within relevant area or worked with sales reporting or process management. Furthermore, we prefer if you have worked extensively in SAP (ERP), MS Excel & Pivots and PowerBI -systems. You also need to be fluent in English and Finnish, both written and spoken. 

To succeed in this position, you need to have an outgoing personality with strong convincing skills. You are also analytical and accurate person, who is good at prioritizing tasks succeeds in a hectic environment.
