Possible locations: Vantaa (HQ), Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Munich or Vienna
We are looking for a Category Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead, develop and manage selected international indirect categories. In this position you will work closely with your cross-functional stakeholders from several Caverion countries as well as with international suppliers.
You will be making market and category analysis, preparing and sending RfX:s, negotiating with the suppliers, making contracts and leading the implementation of category strategies to support Caverion’s business units; Projects and Services to achieve their goals. You will be also part of developing group's procurement strategy, processes, policies and practices.
Your main categories might be IT-categories (hardware and software), car fleet, travel or other indirect categories depending on your previous experience. You will be also working closely with Caverion’s Head of Indirect Procurement in other indirect procurement activities.
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and
minimum 5 years of work experience on:
- International sourcing for indirect procurement
- Fluent English skills (other languages considered as an advantage)
- Good negotiation skills
- Experience of collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Capability and willingness to travel
We appreciate strategic thinking and experience of working in a matrix organization. Earlier experience of IT -sourcing is considered as an advantage.
