UPM has previously announced its Biofuels growth plans and is currently conducting the basic engineering phase of a next generation biorefinery. Furthermore, the Biofuels ERP project is the next step in UPM’s SAP S/4HANA roadmap and covers both the existing and future Biofuels operations. What you will do
Lead the Cash Management process stream in the Biofuels ERP project (SAP S/4HANA)
Work as a single point of contact (SPOC) between the Biofuels ERP project and UPM Treasury and Risk Management department
Take responsibility for solution design, build, test and cutover activities in own responsibility area
Provide input to business process verification, business process/functional design, organizational role design and master data design in own responsibility area
Ensure alignment of the solution with global template owner and process owner
Work together with the ERP Functional Consultants and other project team members to ensure successful delivery of the team level activities
Plan and coordinate project tasks allocated to contributors in own responsibility area
Who you are
You have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and at minimum three years of relevant work experience in cash management and with banks in the cash management area
You have deep understanding of the relevant Finance and Accounting process(es) and end-to-end process integration including master data
You have experience in business ERP implementation projects as well as in developing cash management processes and solutions
You have good skills in SAP S/4HANA
You are highly motivated, proactive and willing to learn new things
You are a great team-player who work effectively with others and contribute to common targets and team co-operation
You speak English fluently and have experience in working with international teams
