REKOM Campus is a common term for the development courses any given employee must go through, during his/her training within a specific area. In REKOM Campus, the Campus Education Manager (CEM) has been established to ensure a high quality of the overall training of both Frontliners, Performance Coaches and Venue Managers in REKOM. This is done through training within the Campus standard that has been set by People & Culture / Campus. Main responsibilities CEM will be involved in coordinating training between Venue Managers and Frontline Coaches in collaboration with colleagues from People & Culture. CEM must ensure that we have the right quality of Performance Coaches to hold Performance courses. Furthermore, CEM must be a sparring partner to Campus Project Manager and Head of Campus regarding planning activities to optimize and develop REKOM Campus. This includes facilitating meetings with Venue Managers in the clusters of REKOM and Performance Coaches. CEM will have a shared responsibility for the campus material being updated at the Academy in collaboration with the Academy Manager. An additional task is to ensure the annual cycle of REKOM Campus is complied with and that all courses are held. CEM will follow-up on the Frontline Trainee courses of Campus. CEM will also actively go in and help the venue with action plans and/or support for the Venue manager ensuring they are always up to date with new Campus material and teaching methods. Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate has previous experience from the industry and understands the REKOM culture based on our 3 virtues in the REKOM Foundation: Love for People, Be Fearless and Act as Founders. We value working on a highly professional level and knowledge of the necessary elements that are relevant to this position. We would like to see candidates having a good level of know-how in the Microsoft Office suite, especially with the use of PowerPoint, and an understanding of Google tools, including Drive and Slides. We require a fluent level of Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Personality features such as working with a great drive, go-ahead attitude and natural problem solving abilities are appreciated. Ideally working in a structured and detail-oriented way to create improvements acomppanied with good team and independent working skills will catch our attention.
