St1 Nordic is looking for C-Store Solutions Manager
As a C-Store Solutions Manager, you will be part of the Retail & Payment Solutions team supporting and cooperating with the St1 group at Nordic and country level.
We at St1 work hard to make the energy transition towards sustainable energy solutions and to reduce the amount of carbon in atmosphere to mitigate the climate change. In this transition, we see a huge potential to find new sustainable business opportunities for St1 and we aim to create strategic projects as well as partnerships and utilize the existing national and European funding schemes to support our work.
As a C-Store Solutions Manager, you will be delivering services for daily business and developing long term Nordic roadmap together with Retail in context of Point of Interactions, Head office solutions and digital services related to C-Stores. You will be expected to have seamless communication with other Business Technology team members and collaborate with different business owners. Top of Nordic role, you would be managing development roadmap and portfolio practices on country level and acting local point of contact towards business.
The main responsibilities of a C-Store Solutions Manager include business development with key stakeholders, product life cycle management, problem management, project management, Nordic C-Store Solutions portfolio management and national country portfolio management, development of C-Store Solutions and its services as well as daily operational practices and processes, providing technical expertise, advices and guidance to suppliers/internal stakeholders/project teams.
In area of your responsibility you would be taking part of team transition and building a team of your own.
C-Store Solutions Manager we are looking for has
- professional experience minimum of 5+ years in retail together with strong project management skills
- experience in business requirements analysis and translating them into functional specification
- ability to present technical information in understandable language
- problem solving skills
- previous experience being a Team Lead
- experience in strategic planning
- good written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English, Swedish is regarded as an advantage
