  • Strategic Partnership – You’ll be working with the team of Sales Managers National Accounts, Field Sales as well as cross functionally with counterparts in Commercial Strat, Sales Finance, Demand Planning, and Distributor Teams to ensure alignment on efficient assortment and commercial priorities and ensure key activities readiness;
  • Sales value accountability – You’ll be responsible for delivering the value for Breakfast and Salty Snacks in Finland retail and for initiating & delivering corrective actions if needed. In addition, you can expect to set, agree and deliver achievement of the annual strategic and financial goals for the category and by account;
  • Responsibility for Finland – As an expert in your field, you’ll develop excellent relationships with customers and more importantly your team, including setting targets within the defined time frame, assuring the improvement of efficiency, know-how and motivation of the team.

In addition to the above, you’ll be responsible for the below:

  • Deliver accurate KSOP cycles input and forecasts incorporating knowledge of local market dynamics / trade plans / opportunities & risks;
  • Management of significant sales budgets, trade investments for customers in line with financial stewardship needs;
  • Facilitating interactions with NELT top management – via ABC related touch points or monthly meetings as per business calendar or on ad hoc basis if needed;
  • Track business execution and significant market or competitor activity & initiate action plan with cross-functional commercial excellence team;
  • Team development activity such as:

            - coaching the various needs of the team
            - training (definition of annual plans and realization)
            - meetings (Sales Team Meetings, progress meetings)
            - regular evaluation/assessment of individual efficiency


  • University degree or equivalent;
  • At least 8-10 years’ experience in sales business within the FMCG area;
  • Experienced team leader;
  • Strong understanding of Finnish trade structure, retailers, shoppers and consumers;
  • First class skills in negotiation, listening, convincing (impact & influence); rigor in organization and confidentiality;
  • Strong customer orientation, self-confidence, applied networking & good business orientation, incl. analytical skills;
  • Openness to change, strategic mindset and know-how in optimizing profit drivers;
  • Proactive, flexible personality who drives business and delivers results;
  • Good capabilities as IS-user, especially of all MS-office products, & good know-how of planning tools;
  • Very good English language skills;
  • Willingness to travel.
