We are looking for a passionate Executive Education Director, to have an overall responsibility of our Executive Education sales and account management.

The focus will be on developing new Executive Education concepts together with our clients and the Henley international Team. You will be working together with the Henley Business School Executive Education team in the UK; sharing practice, utilising networking opportunities as well as ensuring that the strategy is aligned when generating new business opportunities.

Your background is in executive education, training or consulting industry and you have preferably been identifying, qualifying as well as proactively generating business revenue with large organisations. You are experienced in building successful client relationships with Senior level HR Directors. At Henley we believe in good leadership and any experience in selling or coaching is much appreciated. We like to smile and the atmosphere in our team is excellent. Therefore, we are looking for admirable interpersonal skills and the capability to network both internally and with our clients.
