Vattenfall is now looking for the right person to fill the key position as Business process specialist within Business Unit Consumer Sales Nordic. Consumer Sales Nordic is responsible for the sales of products and solutions to private customers and small and medium-sized companies in the Nordic region. You will operate in Finnish region.
Your tasks and responsibilities are:
Implementing and operating customer journeys for Vattenfall’s SME and B2C customers
Working hands-on with marketing automation inbound and outbound with support of our content specialists
Identifying and planning for needed process improvements, adaptations and process automations as well as getting operational in actual activities to carry out the changes
Enforcing your team with competence regarding our IT systems and internal processes and understanding of data dependencies and logic behind marketing automation selections
You participate in developing your team’s ways of working
Your background and profile:
You are highly interested in marketing and sales technologies, systems and digitalization, web analytics skills are appreciated
You take initiative to proactively solve challenges and issues
You are enthusiastic and goal oriented
You are well-structured and analytical
You have attention to details
You are eager to learn continuously
You speak and write fluently both Finnish and English
You have some relevant work experience
You also have a commercial degree from University of Applied Sciences
