We are now looking for an experienced

Business Process Manager

with passion for continuous development and renewal. This is a great opportunity to make a personal contribution to further development of our growing company. Your impact to business development of Neste Marketing & Services will be direct and significant. You will be able to work in international and agile environment where always is a number of very interesting, high demanding projects and other business development activities ongoing. This role requires ability to work independently, collaborating closely and networking easily with all our departments in all Neste Marketing & Services locations. You will join Process & System Development unit and become a member of diverse international team of experts who have a deep knowledge about Marketing & Services business process framework and understanding about corporate IT network.

Main responsibilities:

As Business Process Manager you will drive continuous Marketing & Services business process development and maturity increase. You will take full responsibility of process architecture, quality of process documentation and process mapping to corporate process architecture tool ARIS. You will be primary support person for process owners in process development activities and organizational change management. Responsible for developing and improving general Business Process Management (BPM) practices.

Another key responsibility area will be Marketing & Services process metrics development, which includes identification of measurable processes and tools to be used for measuring, analytics and measurement implementation (Perfect Order Index/POI and others), as well as identifying and proposing which measurements have to be used as business KPI’s to enhance business development and profitability. You will actively seek for new business process development areas and lead process development work including evaluation of benefits, risks, suitability and dependencies.

In addition, you will take an Analyst’s role in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) to identify and prioritize possible process automation areas which reduces manual work and increases efficiency in daily operations. In this role you will take part in IT projects as business representative and will be involved to other support and development roles to ensure qualified continuous Marketing & Services business development.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Degree in business or similar studies
  • Experience in business process development 
  • Capability and willingness to drive change

  • Strong self-leadership skills, proactive and persistent attitude, hands-on mentality and desire to further develop in your role and grow within the team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Capability of thinking ahead and out of the box
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written 
  • You can easily and quickly adapt to a changing environment without losing effectiveness
  • You are customer focused and able to increase the value of customer relationships

We highly appreciate experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementation and development as well as excellent background of developing process framework in corporate field, most prefered competences in Lean framework implementations. 

The position will be located in Neste headquarters in Espoo.
