Ticketmaster Suomi is looking for Business Operations Director, someone who can lead, manage, drive and develop our very important service and support units.

Main responsibilities

Today, there are three teams within the area of responsibility:

  • B2B support for our event organizers e.g. festivals, clubs, sports
  • IT support for our event organizers and internal IT support
  • B2C support for our ticket buyers

As Business Operations Director at Ticketmaster, you are responsible for developing and maintaining our support processes, tools, customer, and consumer satisfaction. You will be part of an international network of Business Operations Managers and technical experts at Ticketmaster International, with a wide range of competent people. The Business Operations Director reports to the CEO and is a member of Management team.

Your profile

You are an experienced support manager who is passionate to deliver exceptional service and customer experience. You are hands-on person ready to solve operational issues but also able to manage and delegate tasks and responsibilities. You are structured and eager to continuously develop, processes, working methods and people.

Some knowledge and experience, but firstly a strong interest, within the live-entertainment industry is key. Previous job-experiences from ticketing, live-music, sports or alike will surely be your advantage.

As a person you can easily collaborate and communicate on all levels and stakeholders. You are self-motivating, initiating and responsible – driving you teams in the right directions. You have a good sense of business acumen and are customer driven. We enjoy the strong and rewarding co-operation with colleagues, with a natural desire for employee responsibility.

We expect you to have

  • Fluent Finnish and English
  • Very good IT skills and good knowledge in the office software
  • Very good experience in using professional CRM / customer service systems / Zendesk

This is a full-time position and start date by agreement.
