We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the Agreements & Life cycle services team in Board, Paper and Tissue Solutions Business unit. The team focuses on agreement and life cycle services sales and execution in Board and Paper segment, especially on long-term Performance agreements. Another important focus area is the growth of Services sales within Capital projects.
Drive agreement sales within board and paper segment for service customers & capital projects
Lead a team of specialists in agreement sales and execution
Develop global capabilities in agreement sales and agreement management
Manage agreement sales funnel from opportunity identification to proposal phase and until closure
Allocate needed resources for new sales projects and agreement renewals
Drive performance agreement management to improved customer satisfaction
Support marketing in communicating our value proposition
Supporting areas in performance agreement sales and execution and building the local competences
Contribute in global agreements processes & concepts development
Reporting to Director, Agreements and Life Cycle services
KPI:s OB, NS and PM-%, customer satisfaction and spin-off sales
Bachelor's degree in relevant technology is required, Master’s degree preferred
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Pulp & Paper industry, preferably in sales with demonstrated success in a multi-cultural, international environment.
Person with proven track record in Life Cycle Services sales & development in similar industry can also be taken into consideration
Solid experience in leading a team of senior specialists and capability to drive change within the global network
Demonstrated understanding of related Agreements and Life Cycle Services business processes and proven ability to convert customer needs and opportunities into sales. Knowledge of related service business is essential.
Excellent motivation and attitude, and ability to achieve results under pressure
Intelligent, energetic individual with strong leadership qualities and customer orientation
Ability to quickly build relationships and achieve results both individually and as part of a team.
Experience achieving results in a matrix organizational structure.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English along with presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
