We are looking for a Business Manager with strong strategy and analytics skills to join Elisa Polystar Automation’s growth journey.
Automation business is developing AI-automation solutions for network operators to transform their business. Our tech-savvy Elisa Automate team aims to transform how networks are deployed and operated and we are on a fast-paced growth mission fueled in part by our global M&A strategy. We are a team of multidisciplinary experts passionate about making world-changing network solutions.

The essence of the role
Your main responsibility as Business Manager is to drive different business development initiatives with internal stakeholders and analyze and promote M&A and growth opportunities. Your day-to-day work might include evaluating international growth opportunities and market potential, or you might work with topics such as corporate strategy, joint ventures and alliances and value-based management.
In this role you will collaborate with an exceptional team of industry experts in telecom, software, and AI development. With diverse teams you come up with solutions and communicate those effectively with all audiences from senior executives to subject matter experts.
