Experis IT is a specialist organization that delivers IT expertise to its clients through agile and versatile service models. Our services consist of IT recruitment, resourcing, and project solutions. In sourcing and delivering IT expertise, we leverage Experis IT's own experts, global and local cooperation and subcontracting networks, as well as the internal networks of the ManpowerGroup.

Due to the transition of the long-time Business Director of Experis IT into new international responsibilities within ManpowerGroup, we are now seeking a new

Business Director

to lead our whole IT service business. In this role, you will have five direct reports and lead an organization that includes around 180 employees in total. You will be a member of both the ManpowerGroup Finland senior leadership team and the Experis Nordic management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operations, financial results, and service development of Experis IT to meet the demands of the rapidly developing market and our customers. Responsibility area consist of two units: Experis IT resourcing / recruitment unit and Experis IT Digital Workspace unit.

• Experience in managing business operations, financial leadership and reporting of a business unit.
• Sufficient technical understanding to discuss customized digital services and solutions for clients, such as cloud services and network services.
• Experience in structuring, designing, and delivering IT end-user services.
• Ability to negotiate in a global environment with client decision-makers as well as technical stakeholders.
• Excellent proficiency in Finnish and English with strong communication skills.
• Understanding HR services such as direct recruitment and staffing is advantageous
• Experience in goal-oriented competence management of personnel and desire to act in accordance with our People First values and our company's leadership standards.
