Business Development Manager
We are now looking for a
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
to strengthen our footprint in Finland.
In this sales position you will be responsible for extending Qbrick’s position in the Finnish market. An important part of your job is to widen Qbrick’s customer platform through finding new clients. You will ensure growth through new sales and loyalty within our existing customer base by systematically building relations with clients’ stakeholders. You need to understand customers’ challenges and needs and convert these needs into sales opportunities. You even sometimes need to enlighten the customers about opportunities through technology to create new needs. In other words, you will actively seek and find new potential customers and conduct the sales process aiming for closing new deals.
We expect you to be a hunter with a sales and goal oriented mindset, ability to build rapport, and talent to communicate your message efficiently. In addition, you must be well organized and have a systematic approach to sales work. This is an entry level role, but previous experience in selling SaaS services in the media or enhanced video streaming industry will be considered as an asset. This role reports to the CEO located in Sweden and the selected candidate will be trained for the role by our experts. As you reach the set sales and growth targets, you will be responsible for further strengthening the Finnish team.
We hope that you are competitive by nature and that you strive in both working individually and as a part of our international team. This role will be in the Helsinki Metropolitan area. You can influence the whereabouts of our new office since the tenancy of our current office is due to end soon. Although we use state of the art remote communication tools, you need to travel both in Finland and abroad.
We appreciate can-do attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude towards sales and growth, and excellent collaboration skills with both external and internal stakeholders are must haves. We also think that some experience in selling SaaS services will help you to be successful in this role.
