Fennica Gaming is a young company with a long history. It’s established and fully owned by Finnish National Lottery Veikkaus, a respected gaming operator with eight decades of successful service. Fennica Gaming is a B2B company focusing on international offering of real money gaming solutions and services. Our journey has started by providing our eInstant game portfolio including a gaming engine in a GaaS model to nationally licensed operators. Additional game types and services are in preparation.

Business Development Manager (Value-Added Services) 

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for permanent and full-time employment. 

The Ecosystem and Platform team at Fennica Gaming is dedicated to crafting cutting-edge solutions, ensuring seamless experiences for our diverse range of B2B partners. Tailoring our offerings to meet each partner’s specific requirements and regulatory landscapes is at the core of our mission, guaranteeing unparalleled support and satisfaction.

As a part of our young company, you will be responsible for driving the innovation and strategic growth of our value-added services products within the international B2B real-money gaming market. These products encompass a variety of solutions, including recommendation tools, game development tools, and data and analytics solutions for insightful business intelligence. You’ll also work closely with our B2B customers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Main responsibilities include:

• Spearheading the development of new products within Fennica Gaming's portfolio of value-added services.

• Refining and productizing current offerings to enhance their market competitiveness.

• Defining product roadmaps to align with market demands and company objectives.

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technology to ensure seamless product development and launch.

• Steering strategic planning for product development to maintain our competitive edge and drive business growth.

It would be great to hear from you if you have:

• Demonstrated experience in leading product development initiatives, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.

• Solid understanding of product development and agile working methods  

• Ability to handle many simultaneous development initiatives and talent to perform this juggling act with a positive mind  

• Good communication and interaction skills in English 

• An appropriate degree (BA/MA or similar) or otherwise acquired appropriate competence and experience in product development 

These things are considered as advantages:

• Experience in developing services, gaming products or other digital products in the international B2B environment

• Business orientation and customer-centric mindset both in company internal co-operation and when working with external partners and customers 

• Interest in games, game technologies and data-driven game development

• Industry experience in lottery/casino/betting/iGaming

• Language skills

This position is located in Finland. We have modern and agile remote working methods in use and flexible on-site working spaces at the office in Pohjois-Haaga.
