Satel Oy is a Finnish high technology company focused on wireless connectivity. We develop, produce and sell ultra-reliable private data radios and wireless connectivity solutions. Our technology enables cyber secure, mission critical connectivity that secures the business continuity for our customers. We are a profitable growth company and we currently employ about 75 top professionals.

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager for large industrial customers.

The key focus for you will be to identify, win and develop new direct customer relationships in Satel's current, as well as new application areas. The target segment(s) in this role can be somewhat modified to suit your previous industrial expertise. We expect you to have a strong contribution, not only to winning new business but also to the overall company strategy and business development.

You should have experience in industrial solutions and a willingness to dive deeper in technology. Wireless technology understanding would be a great benefit. Ideally, you have a track record of dealing successfully with customers' top management as well as with expert level and purchasing organizations. Prior experience in dealing, navigating and closing business successfully in the organizations of large multinational customers is a huge asset. It would be an advantage to have previous experience both in cultivating existing customer relationships as well as in successfully finding and creating new long-term trusted partnerships.

Satel head office is in Salo, the location of the position holder can be negotiated. We expect you to have good communication and negotiation skills. Excellent skills in English are mandatory, skills in Finnish are an asset.

To succeed in the position, you need to be self-driven and systematic in your approach, additionally you will require a dynamic hands-on attitude. A good combination of self-confidence and modesty will help you along the way.
