We are now looking for a Business Development Manager for our business unit Operator, part of Telia Finland.


Business unit Operator offers the best in class wholesale services for both domestic and international wholesale customers. Our main driver is the comprehensive customer experience so that the customers can easily do business with us.
 

Your next challenge?

As a Business Development Manager, you will have an active role in developing and managing our customer experience as part of our business transformation. You will own our Online tool development by participating in the development projects. Your main responsibilities include also our CRM application and its development together with your colleagues across Telia.
 

Your responsibilities include for example.

  • Online Customer Portal development and business ownership
  • Carry out systematic customer experience improvements
  • Understanding the needs of our customer organizations in order to convert the Operator Services offering into customer’s business benefits
  • Make sure that our digital story and customer materials are always easily found and understood
  • Preparing analyses and development activities related to the customer needs and our future business demands.

  • You have good coordination and leading skills in matrix way of working. You are not afraid to take responsibility and be in the spotlight both in written and oral.
  • You excel in managing stakeholders and ensuring deliveries
  • You tend to find solutions helping others forward
  • You encourage cooperation and trust among team members and work groups

Your experience and skills:

  • Combination of business and IT application skills, especially Salesforce knowledge is appreciated
  • Knowledge about SAFe helps you to manage all development needs
  • Capability to understand enterprise and wholesale customers’ needs and business
  • Online and Social Media knowhow in order to improve the brand image
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

You have a college degree from commercial, telecommunications or information technology or corresponding area and very good knowledge about ICT or telecommunication business environment and wholesale customer demands.
