What to expect from this position?
You will oversee major market area turnover wise. In addition to your own sales team in Espoo and Gothenburg, the hundreds of sales professionals working for our parent company will be your spearheads attacking the market. You will spend your time coaching your team and developing their business, as well as managing your own key accounts. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be in a key position together with the Management and our Central European Business Development Director in developing the sales tools and processes necessary to drive further growth.
