In this role, you are responsible for overseeing the business & financial processes and reporting findings to management to reach the company's short and long-term financial targets. You will daily perform multiple business controlling tasks like monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, functional cost follow-up, reporting system support, and communication at the group level. In addition, you will participate in development projects and work as a backup for the accounting function.
To succeed in this role, you have the curiosity to dig into data and an eye for detail. You are a team player, but you can also work independently.
Skills & Requirements
· What makes you successful in this role?
· Graduated master's degree in finance, economics, or other relevant finance studies
· A few years of applicable work experience
· Excellence with Microsoft Excel and other IT tools
· Financial analysis and planning skills
· Proactive, analytical, and structured way of working
· Resilience in change situations and good networking skills
· Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
